inside or outside - which is more important?

am thinking about this recently and trying to find one single thing that’s outside is better than inside.
1. a glass & the water inside = water
2. a company & staffs inside = staff
3. physical & soul = soul
4. etc & etc = etc
deeper you go deeper you got confused. but always at the end both are depending on each other. then you have to be good from inside out!

makna nya ia sangat penting utk kita muslim menjaga apa yang didalam yakni hati yang suci serta iman yang utuh..juga menjaga keterampilan fizikal
4me Inside most important because from inside we can change outside. Kita perlu berubah dulu baru boleh suruh org lain berubah…kita perlu tunjukkan contoh yg baik dulu baru boleh suruh org lain jadi baik… kita tak boleh mengubah sesorg itu tetapi kita boleh wujudkan environment yg boleh mengubah seseorng itu… environment memainkan peranan yg paling penting dlm pembentukan diri seseorng manusia itu… always create positif environment around you and for sure all the positive thing will come.
